Bought 3 dead AMD cpus for $5 + Overpriced shipping

I sent an echeck to this person via paypal since I didn't have enough funds. Even with more heatware than him, he said he would have to wait for it to clear for him to send.

So, I wait about 10 days and it gets here. Not big deal since I was in no hurry to make my keychains.

But, the problem is. I was suppose to pay for $5+shipping. The first rate he gave me was $3.85 via priority so I send him $9 incase it goes over a little.

When I got it, I noticed he ended up sending first class (I told him time didn't matter so I guess he semi-got this... without telling me!)

Of course i ask him for my $3.17 back (shipping was $.83) as he had promised to refund back after subtracting $5+shipping from my $9.

He ends up sending me only $2 and claims he used the other 1.17 for some overpriced shipping service from a local place "pakmail"

His reason is because he wanted it to get here fast and he could not goto the post office. Now, I've already waited long for the echeck to claim, why would time matter? I can take it come few days late no problem as he was delayed shipment long enough.


This is my comment on him:
He is dishonest and used my money to pay other people to do his shipping for him when I beleive he should be responsible for his lazyness with his own money, not me!This is exactly like those ebay bastards charging handling cost!

May $1.17 seem like a little but this has made me lose trust in this guy when he said he would refund me minus shipping cost. I will Never pay this guy extra or first if I am to deal with him again... that is if i ever do.

This is my real comment/thought on him and the trade to warn other traders. I am sick of people not leaving evals or just a neutral to make it not look as bad even though they thought the trade was a Negative.

This is the first time i leave guys i am dealing with with a Neutral. I do have the refund back from him, (although it is still pending by paypal that mean i m stucked with $430 paypal still) So i won't give him a negative but a neutral.

I bet you want to know why.
Here is why===>
Dealed with him once and was planning for this second time with a good deal from him. We chatted at AOL and agreed for the closing price for both rams delivered by monday. I paid him in full on Thursday morning by non cc, by that time he did mention his car was down.
2 hours later, he told me that he could not ship out the parts due to car issue plus working schedule for Friday and Saturday, and the earliest day to ship out is on next monday. I asked if i could have it by usps express and he refused it and gave me an offer for shipping out by Fedex overnight for extra charge $30 I gave out another offer since one of my customer is from his area, ( about 10 mins away ) he could pick up the parts from him and ship out for me due to his excuse for working on friday and saturday. He refused my offer and simply refunded my $ ( fund is still pending due to Paypal )
next day ( Friday ) we chatted again, i asked if he is at work and he changed his statement that he is off and denied his working schedule
He did tell me that he sold one set after he refunded my $

the guy i dealed with is also from FL, (young kid) and pmed him with maybe some dirty words ( without my knowledge and i did not ask him to do so ) For this, i apologize for that

However, after this, this user used a lot of dirty words to against me


I think promise is promise
if we agree with the price, plus i have already paid, the seller should keep his promise
we cant never force for the deal, however, if the agreement is done, that is called business

Good business is keeping promise but for him, i did have one good experience but based on the second and all of his dirty words

I won't do no more business with him

Initial shipping issues had the board returned to sender via USPS, but that kind of stuff happens. I received the board very promptly after the initial shipping issue. Board was very well packed, and the item was as I expected it to be when it arrived. Good seller, would recommend to anyone.
